**Front Desk Coordinator - Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences**

**What You'll Do**
**Patient Interaction**
- Warm Welcomes_: Greet patients with a friendly smile, offer beverages, hang coats, and engage in meaningful conversation to make their visit memorable.
- Check-In/Check-Out_: Assist patients with check-in, update personal and insurance information, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
- Scheduling_: Manage appointments with precision using Curve management software, including rescheduling, cancellations, and adding detailed notes for clarity.
**Administrative Excellence**
- Insurance Management_: Verify coverage, process claims, and educate patients about their benefits and billing.
- Detailed Record-Keeping_: Maintain accurate patient files and ensure appointment notes are comprehensive for continuity of care.
- Billing_: Process payments and manage inquiries with care and attention to detail.
**Office Coordination**
- Organized Environment_: Keep the reception area pristine, fully stocked, and welcoming.
- Supply Management_: Monitor office supplies and prepare goodie bags for hygienists.
- Team Collaboration_: Support the dental team with paperwork, mailing, and seamless coordination.
**Patient Assistance**
- Education_: Guide patients through forms, explain procedures, and ensure they feel informed and at ease.
- Emergency Support_: Assist with patient emergencies, coordinating care efficiently when needed.
**Customer Service Excellence**
- Empathy First:_ Resolve patient concerns with care and understanding, ensuring every experience is positive.
- Customer Satisfaction_: Maintain high standards of service to foster trust and loyalty.
**Miscellaneous Duties**
- Attention to Detail_: From tidying the waiting room to organizing desk drawers, ensure every aspect of the office reflects professionalism and care.
- Safety Standards_: Uphold strict confidentiality and confirm patient information for accuracy and security.

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
