**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee all areas of the property
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate action or escalation as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Assist visitors and staff by providing directions or information while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents requiring external intervention
- Conduct loss prevention measures by observing customer behavior and identifying potential thefts or misconduct

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is advantageous but not mandatory
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques is preferred
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required security clearances
- Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
