Vancouver, Canada Qi Integrated Health Full time

**Company Overview**

Qi Integrated Health is dedicated to helping individuals feel better every day through a comprehensive range of health services. Our Vancouver team of skilled practitioners specializes in various therapies including massage, physiotherapy, counselling, osteopath, acupuncture, and naturopathic medicine.

**About the Role**

Qi Integrated Health is hiring a Social Media & Patient Experience Coordinator—a hybrid role that blends in-clinic connection with creative brand storytelling.

As the first point of contact at our front desk, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Behind the scenes _(and screens)_, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life on Instagram and TikTok, helping us share our mission to break cycles and create legacies of wellbeing.

This is a part-time, in-clinic role ideal for someone who’s passionate about both people and storytelling.

- Manage bookings, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and supportive front desk experience
- Build rapport with patients and practitioners, acting as a key connector in our community

**Social Media Content & Strategy**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to brainstorm and plan creative content
- Create and post engaging, on-brand content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture in-clinic moments, patient-safe stories, and practitioner insights
- Adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh, inspiring ideas to the table
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track performance metrics and support monthly reporting

**What We’re Looking For**
- A welcoming, people-first approach and passion for wellness
- Experience with front desk, reception, or client service roles
- Hands-on content creation skills for Instagram and TikTok
- A good eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and comfort with brand guidelines
- Ability to multitask and manage both in-person and digital priorities
- Basic understanding of content analytics (e.g., reach, engagement, views)

**Why Work With Us?**We’re a community actively helping people live healthier, happier lives. With over 15 disciplines and hundreds of treatments to choose from, patients feel supported to break cycles that no longer serve them so they can lead fulfilling lives. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to help us create legacies of wellbeing, every single day. You’ll be supported, inspired, and encouraged to grow.
