**Position Highlights**
The SAP IS Utilities Specialist works within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group, the successful

**What you'll do**
- The ISU Specialistis' responsibilities include:

- Providing solution leadership and expertise in areas like meter to cash and non energy billing for all customer segments,

residential, commercial, and industrial.

- Identifying/initiating project/work program/improvement initiatives and solution roadmap based on business needs and

industry best practices.
- Contributing to the success of sustainment operation and implementation projects as solution lead/product owner.
- Collaborate with the business to lead initiatives in line with business objectives and roadmaps.

**What you bring**
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or equivalent.
- System expert in SAP for IS utilities solutions and meter-to-cash processes with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation

projects and 10+ years of progressive experience in utility industry or consulting environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent facilitation skills to proactively engage multiple internal

stakeholder groups and external parties.
- Experience leading strategic discussions and building product roadmaps.
- Flexible, self-starter with results orientation and the ability to quickly make decisions.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX is an asset.
- Experience working in an agile collaboration framework with product owner responsibilities is an asset.
