About Us:
Duncan Supermarket is a well-established grocery store dedicated to providing fresh, quality products and excellent customer service to our community. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly environment for both our customers and employees. We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Grocery Store Manager to lead daily operations and support our team.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and results-driven Grocery Store Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a grocery store. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire store operation, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining product quality and availability, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the grocery store, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and lead store staff to ensure excellent performance and teamwork
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and product rotation to ensure freshness
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor sales and expenses, and implement strategies to meet store goals
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager in a grocery store setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of grocery operations, including inventory and stock control
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
