**Appliance Sales Consultant**

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are looking for an **Appliance Sales Consultant** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering new orders for customers.
- Contacting vendors on stock and special orders.
- Tracking and fulfilling orders.
- Resolving any issues as they arise; while following-up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generating leads and building relationships with customers.
- Keeping product correctly displayed.
- Coordinating the successful completion of projects and orders.
- Being flexible to workdays, evenings and Saturdays.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two (2) years’ previous experience in a sales environment or one (1) year of previous experience selling appliances. Training is provided.
- A demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs is required.
- Experience in Point of Sale computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
