Electrical Service Desk Sales Consultant

(Full Time Hours Guaranteed, Training Provided)

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently looking for **Electrical Service Desk Sales Consultants **to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when assisting our residential customers and contract clients
- Provide specialized product advise and recommendations to increase department sales
- Ensure the accurate processing of transactions and account charges
- Special ordering of specialty or custom products
- Stocking of merchandise
- Occasional heavy lifting when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical materials and the construction industry are definite assets, but not required. Training is provided.
- Experience in Point of Sale computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment.
