**Position: Operations Automator/Analyst**

Our goal is to build, own, and operate a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects across Canada, including solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage. We're seeking a talented Operations Automator/Analyst to join our Asset Delivery & Operations team in our pursuit of innovation and efficiency.

As an Operations Automator/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and accelerating our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to automate the collection, organization, analysis, and presentation of operational and financial data from operating assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processes: Work with our operations leaders to design and implement solutions that automate manual tasks and workflows between departments
- Data: Work with third-party solution providers to develop and implement data integration strategies that consolidate data from several sources to provide accurate reporting and dashboarding
- Systems: Integrate various software systems and tools to create a seamless and efficient digital ecosystem
- Analytics: Automate the analysis of data to identify problems, optimize performance, and generate valuable insights for operational decision-making
- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies including advancements in AI and predictive analytics in order to drive innovation and optimize automation efforts

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, or another related field
- Strong coding skills
- Experience with databases
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite including PowerBI and Power Automate or ability to quickly learn
- Experience with data historians such as AvevaPi, dataPARC, Canary or AspenTech is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**What We Offer**
- Salary: $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based Incentive Plans
- Comprehensive employee benefit plan
- Vacation: 4 weeks (20 days)
- Health Days: 4 days that can be used towards physical or mental health leave
- Personal Development Days: 3 days that can be used for professional or personal development and growth
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Location: Calgary (head office) preferred with flexible office presence. Open to considering applicants that would be fully remote from any location in Canada.
