**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic medical records systems.
- Assist with the completion of patient forms and documentation.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient files, including updating information in EMR ADVANTAGE.
- Collaborate with dental or medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support billing processes by verifying insurance information and collecting payments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or Dental Receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly EMR ADVANTAGE.
- Phlebotomy certification AND INJECTION CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
