**Bilingual Client Care (Scheduling) Coordinator**
RNS Health Care is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Bilingual Client Care (Scheduling) Coordinator** to join our team. **About the Role**
As a **Client Care Coordinator**, you will be responsible for scheduling client visits, coordinating a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and ensuring high-quality service. You will play a key role in fostering strong internal relationships with frontline workers and administrative staff while overseeing daily field operations. This position requires a proactive approach to managing scheduling logistics, handling client referrals, resolving conflicts, and responding to inquiries efficiently.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Bilingual Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and French**, with a customer-focused approach.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- **Professionalism**: High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
**A Day in the Life**
- Receive referrals from Ontario Health at Home (OHAH), private clients, HNSA, and hospitals**,** and coordinate staffing accordingly.
- Communicate with OHAH Coordinators, Case Managers, or clients to assess specific scheduling needs.
- Confirm services with clients, families, and OHAH within one (1) hour of receiving a referral or as agreed upon with the Case Manager.
- Schedule and adjust PSW assignments daily, ensuring efficient coverage and seamless care.
- Address and escalate urgent concerns regarding client or staff safety.
- Document and report unresolved issues to the **Client Care Supervisor**.
- Log communications in **AlayaCare** and maintain reports.
- Accurately track staff absences and missed care in **AlayaCare** for further review.
- Participate in team meetings.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- **Education**: Post-secondary education in Business Statistics, Operations Management, or Medical Office Administration preferred.
- **Background Check**: Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Records Search from a local police department.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: A proactive and solutions-driven approach to handling challenges.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,500.00 per year
