We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator (Medical Office Administrator) for our **Newmarket ,ON** clinic. This **full-time, permanent** opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills looking to join a growing team.

As a Client Care Coordinator/Medical Office Administrator, you will support your local HearCANADA clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients), administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages), marketing (participating in community-based events, marketing collateral drop-offs, networking with other healthcare providers), and assisting clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed.

**What we are looking for**:

- Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary education as a strong asset
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing position is required, ideally some of the experience being within a retail setting
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment, healthcare/clinic experience would be a definite asset
- An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
- Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
