**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to identify new business opportunities within the market.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new and renewal policies.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and any inquiries they may have regarding their coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the sales administration system.
- Participate in outside sales activities to promote our services and expand our client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations that may affect clients.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in telemarketing or retail sales, demonstrating an ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus, showcasing an ability to work independently while managing client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is beneficial for maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $43,632.60-$56,000.00 per year
