This is a unique opportunity to be part of a store re-opening located at 1235 Richmond Street, London, Ontario, N6G 2B8. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in building out your team
- Starbucks will enable you, leveraging your retail experience, to autonomously:_
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, including ordering inventory and sales and marketing initiatives
- Schedule, develop, mentor and lead the Team
- Completes financial, administrative and reporting duties
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- **Who you are**:_
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- **Experience**_
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years management experience in a restaurant and/or retail setting
- Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to Properties

Pay: $47,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
