**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform installation of various structures including roofs, siding, and flooring.
- Utilize power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work is plumb and level according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Execute concrete forming tasks as needed for construction projects.
- Lift heavy materials as required for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Own tools such as tool belt, hard hat and safety boot.
- WHMIS, WAH or any other training an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Carpentry: 5 years (required)

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Driving Licence (required)
