**Location**: Brampton, close to 410 & 407

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

**Day to day tasks**:

- Ensuring all inventory is properly accounted for and logged by accurately entering inbounds and preparing outbound releases using a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Issuing releases in WMS, ensuring FIFO, and preparing all necessary release paperwork
- Invoicing inbounds, outbounds and accessorial and reoccurring charges on a weekly basis
- Booking appointments with carriers
- Checking and scanning all completed BOLs and inbound receiving reports to customers
- Providing customers with updated inventory listings and various reports upon request
- Ensuring inventory numbers balance and help investigate inventory discrepancies with warehouse staff
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience using inventory management software to track inventory
- Preferred but not necessary
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Punctual and reliable

Previous experience in an inventory, supply chain or logistics role is an asset. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Ability to analyze and solve problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
