Our growing team is seeking a motivated individual who possesses strong skills in data entry, attention to detail, and time management to join our administrative team in Accounts Receivable and Dairy Comp positions. Both part-time and full-time positions will be considered. The successful individual would share their time between two roles in our Listowel office. The Accounts Receivable attendant would invoice clients, respond to client inquiries regarding financial statements, process accounts, and perform month-end procedures. Dairy Comp data entry would be where the remainder of the time is spent performing duties such as entering herd health information, communicating with clients and veterinarians, obtaining files from producers, and more Heartland Animal Hospital and Veterinary Services believe in a work-life balance and mentorship.
