**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the management of Microsoft Planner, creating and assigning tasks.
- Assign the workload of a large, geographically dispersed document management team.
- Ensure all team members are continuously utilized and disperse work to avoid overload.
- Work closely with the document control and project administration leads to understand schedule priorities and availability of staff to deliver.
- Work with the document manager to identify any software or system deficiencies or requirements.
**Experience**
- Experience working on large complex projects, ideally in engineering and construction, design/build.
- 5+ years of document management experience including demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
**Skills**
- Expert understanding of best practice document management and control principles.
- Exceptional time management is a must.
- Ability to direct the work of others, understand and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competency in continuous improvement, change management, and a flexible approach.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
