**Chick N Flames is looking for a Cashier /Food Counter Attendant for a Fried Chicken Restaurant.**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Clean up station, wash dishes and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Operate cash register and POS System
- Receive payment for goods or services
- Stock shelves and clean counter area
- Greet customers
- Wrap or place merchandise in bags
- Provide customer service
- Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary
- Other duties as requested including kitchen help and dishwashing

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Able to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
- Able to be on their feet for long periods of time
- Must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Restaurant and kitchen experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
