**Position: Client Manager - Immigration Services**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize sales techniques in immigration consultation sessions to assist client decision-making, converting prospective clients into actual clients.
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the immigration process to clients.
- Proactively engage in communication with clients or their teams outside standard working hours when necessary to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Profound knowledge and practical experience in various immigration programs.
- Background in sales, with the ability to effectively drive client decisions during initial consultations.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent stress management skills, effectively handling clients' anxiety and tension.
- Strong initiative, proactively considering the clients' perspective.
- Willingness to exceed job responsibilities, delivering services beyond expectations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in related fields such as immigration program management, immigration services, or customer service, including experience in sales.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good teamwork and the capacity to work independently.
- Ability to act quickly in urgent or complex situations.

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Mandarin (required)

- RCIC (preferred)
