- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies.
- Support guest services by addressing any concerns or special needs promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
- A background in hotel or hospitality industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
