**Title**: Financial Consultant
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:30pm) (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni Office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office)

Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer of 2026.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- **Education**
- Successful completion of a degree with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, or commerce.
- A recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, CFA or CGA) plus 5 to 7 years related specialized experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in audit is an asset.

**Knowledge & Abilities**
- Advanced knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods and techniques pertaining to the Finance field, including knowledge of specialized disciplines, such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting (i.e. GAAP)
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and provide strategic advice and coaching to executives, managers and staff on a wide range of Finance topics and issues; and to participate on projects, initiatives, committees and work groups.

You may have experience in; Financial Analyst, Financial Management, Accountant etc.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
