**About Us**

WAXOLOGY is Langley's all-waxing specialty salon, known for creating smooth skin and even smoother client experiences. We’re not your average salon; and we’re not looking for an average front desk hire.

We’re hiring a **Client Experience & Booking Specialist** to lead our front-of-house operations. This is more than a receptionist job; it’s a key role that sets the tone for every guest interaction and helps drive business success through great service, organized scheduling, and proactive communication.

**What You'll Do**
- Managing client bookings, rebookings, and scheduling with attention to detail
- Monitoring cancellation lists and actively filling last-minute openings
- Turning client inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Promote loyalty programs, current promotions, and product add‑ons as part of every client interaction.
- Handling minor client concerns professionally and confidently before escalating
- Maintaining accurate client records through our booking software (Square)
- Assisting with IG Stories and supporting content creation as needed (comfortable on camera is a plus)
- Keeping the reception and common areas clean, organized, and stocked as well as assisting in inventory
- Supporting team communication and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year experience in a front desk, guest services, or scheduling-focused role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence in managing client issues and turning tough moments into positive outcomes
- A proactive attitude—you don’t wait to be asked, you step in to help
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Square, Canva, and Instagram
- A positive team player who takes pride in doing things well

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Starting at $18-$20/hour**, depending on experience and qualifications
