We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Microsoft Teams Meeting Producer/Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing virtual meetings and events on Microsoft Teams, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to facilitate and manage various aspects of the meetings, including technical setup, agenda planning, scheduling, attendee management, and post-meeting follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with meeting organizers to plan, schedule, and coordinate virtual meetings and events on Microsoft Teams.
- Manage technical setup and configuration of meetings, including screen sharing, audio and video settings, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Facilitate the meeting agenda, ensuring that all attendees are engaged and that the meeting stays on track.
- Provide support to meeting participants as needed, such as answering questions or assisting with technical issues.
- Record and document meeting minutes and action items and follow up with participants on outstanding tasks.
- Manage attendee lists and invitations and ensure that all participants have the necessary access and permissions.
- Monitor meeting attendance and participation and provide feedback to meeting organizers on ways to improve engagement.
- Manage and coordinate breakout sessions and other interactive elements of the meeting.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that meetings run smoothly and meet organizational goals.

- 2+ years of experience managing virtual meetings and events, preferably using Microsoft Teams.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
