Sales & Marketing Associate

Slow Current is a new sustainably minded clothing store opening in Penticton middle to late May. We are looking for two awesome people to work in the shop and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

OUR VISION IS:

- To create a welcoming environment where shopping is an experience, rather than a task.

All brands we carry are curated and thoughtful, each with a story, and sustainability weaved into the essence of who they are. Part of your role as sales associate will be to help share these stories directly to customers in store and online, furthering awareness of conscious product.

SPECIFIC TASKS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience providing excellent customer service.

2. Great attention to detail and communication.

3. Ability to work in dynamic retail environment.

4. Knowledge and skill with social media & digital marketing.

5. Works well in a team, with an easy-going flexible demeanour.

Wage is $18 / hr, with collective team incentives.
