As our **Culture Specialist**, you’ll take a leading role in safeguarding and enhancing the unique culture that sets us apart. Reporting to the Director, Culture & Learning, you’ll be responsible for creating and evolving cultural programs that celebrate our values, foster engagement, and drive connection across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and innovation. You’ll be the champion of our culture, developing and managing key initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization to ensure they align with our goals and values. Starting January 2025, all team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). To support business priorities, core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.

**A Day In The Life**
- **Deliver culture programs**: Lead company-wide culture programs, ensuring they are implemented seamlessly while continuously improving and evolving them to have even greater impact.
- **Be a storyteller**: Write and communicate in a way that reflects our cultural voice, creating content that inspires and connects team members across all levels of the company.
- **Manage our daily Huddle**: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of our 7-minute corporate Huddle, ensuring it continues to be a high-energy, impactful meeting that aligns with our values.
- **Collaborate across teams**: Work closely with all departments to support and deliver meaningful cultural initiatives and programs.
- **Drive innovation**: Act as a trusted partner to the People & Culture leadership team, sharing insights and feedback to support strategic culture initiatives.
- **Enhance processes**: Maintain and refine tools and workflows to ensure cultural programs are efficient, scalable, and consistently impactful.
- **Support team alignment tools**: Help implement frameworks to strengthen team cohesion and individual growth.
- **Stay organized**: Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that programs and initiatives meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft content that reflects our company’s unique tone and culture.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for taking ownership and driving results.
- Experience in building relationships and collaborating across departments, fostering alignment and engagement.
- A creative mindset and a passion for developing programs that inspire and connect teams.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience as a trusted partner to leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives is a plus but not required.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- Salary $55,000 - $70,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
