**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Dental Receptionist** to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and online platforms
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (e.g., ABELDENT)
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing as needed
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and clinical support
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Proficiency in dental software, particularly **ABELDENT**, is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of dental terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a busy environment
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and general office procedures
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
