Daily tasks include: Reading Blueprints, Framing, Drywalling, Minor Concrete Finishing, T-Bar Ceiling, FRP Installation, Washroom Accessories, Baseboard, Trim & Commerical Finishings

Addtional tasks may include: site set-up, on-site troubleshooting w/ trades, building inspections, meetings etc.
- **Valid Ontario Drivers License** **w/ Reliable Transportation**
- Willingness to commute to jobsites within the GTA
- You must have your own hand tools, laser level, drills, etc.
- Reliable, Quality Focused, Efficient and Strong Communication Skills

Note:

- Company Benifits will be offered after a standard 3 month probationary period
- This is a working site super/working foreman position. This position is **NOT** available to indviduals with a Engineering backround.
- Compensation will be based on experience, efficiency and quality workmanship.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
