ROHL Global Networks is a long-standing telecommunications and utility construction company dedicated to connecting Canadians in rural, urban, and remote communities. We are searching for Process Analyst to join our team in Acheson, Alberta.

This position plays a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our business processes. To ensure success in this role, you will have knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills and be highly adaptable.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Meet with various stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business
- Conduct site visits to analyze equipment and established processes
- Interview staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel
- Gather and process data to identify process performance areas
- Develop process solutions to improve operational efficiency (increasing productivity, reducing costs, improving time management, or making needed changes to other aspects of business processes)
- Create and present process reports for approval
- Create documentation outlining process improvement requirements, training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures
- Oversee training and implementation of revised company processes and workflows
- Monitor and measure the benefits and efficacy of updated workflows, post-process implementation and adjust processes as needed to achieve targeted goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement by keeping apprised of changes in industry as well as technologies

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or similar
- 3+ Years’ experience in a business analyst or comparable role
- Experience in management of projects and/or process change initiatives
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- $76,000.00 to $99,000.00 - Salary based on qualifications and experience
