We are looking for outgoing, strong minded individuals who excel in sales and customer service.

We have an opportunity for Sales driven, Store Manager who is seeking a challenge to rebuild and coach their team to a successful, high level customer service environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Grow the business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales
- Maximize sales plans for the store through effective planning and execution
- Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals leading to high retention of key staff
- Motivate your team to provide excellent service that create lasting relationships with their customers
- Model the expectation and hold others accountable
- Utilize all systems to maximize store efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain operational excellence within the store and ensure all corporate/store policies and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code and image guidelines

**Prerequisites**
- 1+ years of Management experience
- Strong sales background and passionate about customer service
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
- A lover of fashion and style
- A leader with the proven ability to train others
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
