Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator

**Responsibilities**:
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and dozers, with precision and safety.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to execute tasks accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with the site team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, particularly excavators, skid steers and dozers.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valid G Driver License and access to reliable vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations on construction sites.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
