Bobcat Operator

**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Bobcat Operator to join our team. to work with an asphalt crew, must be experinced and fast.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Bobcat and other heavy equipment, including graders, backhoes, bulldozers, and loaders, to complete various construction tasks.
- Perform horizontal drilling and paving operations as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Bobcats, graders, backhoes, bulldozers, and loaders.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus.
- Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations on job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$40.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
