**Position Responsibilities**:

- Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service and anticipating guests’ needs.
- Maximize food and drink revenue
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards
- Participate in ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained
- Communicate with Culinary and Front of House to ensure quality of product and service is maintained
- Properly complete cash handling and balancing
- Abide by basic beverage control and responsible serving practices
- Be able to provide guests with information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s amenities, services, and events as well as information on the surrounding area.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by the management
- Comply with all Black Rock Health & Safety and Security regulations
- Strictly adhere to all Black Rock Oceanfront Resort policies and procedures

- Responsible Beverage Service Certificate (Serving It Right) Required
