Responsibilities:

- Report to the Executive and Assistant Housekeeper.
- Ensure that if a guest requests any garment alternations and repair, this should become a priority.
- Ensure all alterations and repair of all uniforms and linen on a daily basis.
- Ensure all uniforms are maintained and presentable at all times.
- Sort Dirty Uniforms
- Uniform Inventory
- Pressing of Uniforms
- Ensure Uniform Room Policy & Procedures are followed as implemented by the Hotel.
- Ensure all discarded uniforms are recorded and logged.
- Assist with the Ordering of new uniforms.
- Ensure all new staff are issued and well fitted in Hotel Informs.
- Reports to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a friendly and timely and efficient manner and ensures satisfactory follow up.
- Maintains linen storage and supplies neat and organized to department standards.
- Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
- Required to work in a fast paced, stressful environment. Required to work weekends and holidays.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Qualifications:

- Very good command of the English language, secondary language a benefit.
- Positive attitude, motivated, team player, well organized, efficient, informative.
- Requires strong physical condition as work is of a demanding nature.
- Ability to provide minor uniform repair and alteration.
- Experience in 4 or 5 star hotels a strong asset.
- WHMIS training an asset but not required.
- First Aid training an asset but not required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Part-time

- 8 hour shift
