**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety and productivity.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any challenges or changes in scope.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Working at Heights and other relevant safety certifications (preferred)
