We are growing and hiring a People & Culture Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist to give support and advice to managers and team leaders, support the organization and work with the technical recruiter on talent acquisition.

**Position**:People & Culture Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coach and support managers in employee relations issues and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR projects, process improvements related to branding and sourcing initiatives.
- Screen and interview for hourly and office support roles.
- Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer documentation.
- Monitor and stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legislative developments in all aspects of human resources management.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 4 plus years experience coaching and supporting managers.
- Experience recruiting in a high-tech environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources with a CPHR designation is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
