**The Opportunity**:
OpenText is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as an experienced QA Manager.

Reporting to QA Director, the QA Manager is proficient in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Test Methodologies and Enterprise Solutions, especially SAP and Salesforce. QA Manager will be primarily responsible for managing testers and integration testing activities. The role is to closely work with IT SMEs: PMO, development, business leads, vendors, and product owners to understand full scope of projects and products in test. Proficient in ALM test management, requirements and technical specifications reviews, analysis on functionality and ownership of test plans and test scenarios. The QA Manager delivers test estimates and results (including KPIs & SLAs), managing resources’ onboarding, skills, and deliverables.

**You Are Great At**:

- Work closely with IT PMO, development, business leads, vendors, and product owners to understand full scope of features and pair with IT leads on test strategy
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, estimates and budget
- Overseeing the administration of all tests, identifying correct test cycles and KPIs
- Participate in IT meetings, walkthrough, and presentations of new features as well as changes to existing functionality
- ALM Management and QA tools assessment
- Drive Automation first approach across a whole domain
- Defect and Incident management.

**What It Takes**:

- IT: min 8 years (required)
- SAP, Salesforce (required)
- QA Management Experience, knowledge of test strategy, planning and analysis (required)
- Experienced with integration and automation test assessment and planning (Must)
- Expertise in ALM (Must) settings and techniques. KPIs, SLAs and TMMI
- Resource, vendor management, including budget and hire process.
- 8 years software testing; experience in both, waterfall, and agile methodologies
- 8+ years of strong knowledge of end-to-end test methodology (test strategy, test plan, SDLC, defect management and reporting metrics); risks management is desired
- Strong foundation in systems testing and software QA best practices, methodologies and techniques encompassing the full build, test, and deploy cycle. KPIs and TTMI.
- Experience with ALM, SAP, Salesforce, SNOW, etc.
- Strong computer skills and comfort level with technology and software release management
- Experience with version control and build systems, vendor management
- Automation skills is a must
- Solid writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Leader must be a team player, well organized and efficient with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience (required)
- Leadership, management certification.
