**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Coordinator** to support the smooth, day-to-day operations of our Centre. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about creating great experiences for our members and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Office Administration**
- Manage general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies

**Room Booking & Event Coordination**
- Oversee room booking requests for programs, meetings, and events
- Coordinate catering and logistics to ensure successful event execution

**Registration Support**
- Assist with the registration process for teams, players, and academy members
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is up to date

**Program & League Coordination**
- Support the delivery of leagues, programs, and special events
- Help with distributing uniforms, promotional materials, and general program support

**Customer Experience**
- Create a welcoming environment for all visitors and ensure high-quality service
- Respond to questions about programs, schedules, and facility offerings

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with a positive, problem-solving mindset
