- Identify inefficiencies and improve machining processes
- Design and execute machining experiments
- Operate CNC mills, including 5-axis machines
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling challenges
- Collaborate with operators, programmers, engineers, and leadership
- Develop repeatable, scalable machining processes
- Test, validate, and document process improvements This is a role where your ideas are expected, not just welcomed. What We’re Looking For
- 3-4+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC milling knowledge, including 5-axis machining
- CAM software and G-code programming experience
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- A hands-on continuous improvement mindset Bonus points for:
- automation or process optimization
- fixture development
- lights-out machining
- aerospace, tooling, or precision machining experience
