We are looking for a magnetic individual, with a strong understanding of emergency response, project scoping, employee management and customer care, as well as balancing the relationship dynamic with business sources in a fast paced, ever evolving and highly accountable role.

This person will possess:
Excellent communication skills

Excel in fast paced, high stress situations

Detail oriented & meticulous attention to the projects they are managing

Personal Accountability & Self Awareness

Thrive on Social Interaction

Work well on a team

Thrive in new situations and connect easily with others.

Experience with restoration either as Technician or PM

Experience with Xactimate

Good Drivers Abstract & Valid Drivers License

Clean Criminal Record

Sense of Humor and pleasant personality

On call is required on a 3 week rotation.

Company vehicle is provided.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$97,000.00 per year
