**Construction/Restoration Supervisor..or as we call it at On Side, Project Supervisor**

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

**Project Supervisors are responsible for**:

- Weekly Fleet Checks
- Site Safety Inspections
- Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
- Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documentation of site visits and job progress

**What you bring**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Construction related experience, specifically finish carpentry skills
- Carpentry experience and excellence
- Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)

**Other stuff that’ll help you be successful**:

- Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
- Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
- Standard First Aid certification
- Physically fit

**Of Note**

Disasters can strike at any time so occasional on-call work may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
