Qualifications:

- Previous experience in real estate as a law clerk
- Ability to prioritize and multitask and understands time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Incredibly well organized
- Know how to use Teraview and Conveyancing Software - Quintalink is a bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare files for real estate transactions
- Draft documents for a real estate file, including mortgages, purchases, sales etc.
- Register changes in title
- Maintain physical and digital records of files
- Communicate effectively with clients, other solicitors and colleagues to gather information and provide updates

Work Location: In Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
