Do you want to be part of writing the next chapter of the Mercedes-Benz story?

**A day in the life**:

- Support optimizations for Mercedes-benz.ca through content and asset coordination, customer journey mapping and improvements, research analysis, timeline management and QA testing.
- Work with dealer website providers to support dealer network on site improvements, content enhancements, customer journey improvements and communication/rollout of new features and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within marketing and across business units to identify digital enhancement opportunities, consolidating feedback, as well as internal communication of new launches and features.
- Landscape audits: Stay informed of industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, and other web activities that may affect MBC. Perform dealer and competitive audits across various digital channels. Support with platform reviews and comparisons.
- Other duties as required by your local manager.

Qualifications

**General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
- **Recruitment Timeline**: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 15, 2025, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
- **Hybrid Role**: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
