***Who we’re looking for**:
**Marketing Manager**

Like WCG, you believe in the power of work to transform lives. As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving and managing specialized communications initiatives, including branding and marketing of WCG’s programs, advertising, and marketing services. This is a hands-on role responsible for project managing and coordinating with program heads and service providers to ensure all communications requirements are delivered on time and efficiently and for ensuring that marketing materials are being used effectively.

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan, lead and manage the marketing and conversions of all services (with assistance on sales from service centres, street teams, centre staff, etc)
- Mentor and help Marketing and Communications team members achieve professional development goals
- Implement and lead marketing and communications service standards for the creation of marketing and communications materials across all employment services programs
- Manage team of Marketing Coordinators and Assistants; facilitate team building, identify learning opportunities, manage duties, support with achieving professional goals, and evaluate performance.
- Maintain directory of community services resources and materials including brochures and other informational products

**What you bring**:

- A post-secondary degree, or diploma in leadership or business/management, preferred
- Minimum five years combined progressive strategic leadership and contract management experience in the field of workforce development
- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.
- Must successfully pass a National Police check.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in different locations and travel as required
