**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
- Inspect vehicles for any additional service needs
- Accurately record services performed
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and explain services
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth shop operations
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic automotive knowledge (experience preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and mechanical components
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive setting is a plus
