Tycho Poly Inc. is a growing manufacturing company with two active facilities specializing in high-quality blown film extrusion products. We are seeking a **tech-driven, AI-proficient Operations Assistant** to support our Operations Manager in coordinating projects, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency across both locations.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Operations Manager with planning, coordinating, and tracking operational projects.
- Use advanced **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and digital dashboards to manage and present operational data.
- Coordinate communication between departments and assist in daily plant operations.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives at both facilities.
- Identify and implement new technologies that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role (manufacturing experience is an asset).
- **Expert proficiency in AI tools and technology** — confident using AI for automation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Advanced computer skills, including **Excel, PowerPoint, and digital productivity platforms**.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Must have a **valid driver’s license and personal vehicle** (fuel expenses covered).
- Flexibility to work between our **Woodbridge (Head Office)** and **Concord (Plant 2)** locations.
