**Job tasks**:
Ensures inventory accuracy for items or location being picked, packed palletized, shipped out or put away.
Pick and pack orders in boxes or pallets as per the requirement making sure to follow GSM Depot warehouse practices.
Receive products from vendors, place product in appropriate locations, prepare customer orders, help clean and organize work areas.
Monitor supply deliveries, manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules
Load and unload truckloads of inventory making sure is received and shipped as per policies of GSM Depot
Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with GSM Depot policies
Mediate with carriers for the receiving scheduling.
Maintain and ensure the proper handling of forklifts.
Perform data entry for receiving orders and to fulfill it in the system
Perform cycle counting of inventory.
Handle RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the retail channels including classifying them by condition (new/ used / like new / damaged)
Keep track of warehouse clerks’ performance and KPIs
Notify the Receiving Supervisor or Warehouse Manager of possible product discrepancies.

**Requirements**:
Certification forklift (asset)
A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position
Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
Experience using gun scanner for pick-pack orders an asset.
ERP Experience with NetSuite or similar software an asset.
Monitoring order status and direct communication with external and internal clients.
Experience working in an e-commerce environment, an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Job is full time Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.30 am to 16.30 pm.
Salary $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
