**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and client-focused **Implementation Manager & Client Support** to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients by guiding them through our signature Elite 6-Step Implementation Process. Once clients are onboarded, you will continue to manage a portfolio of accounts, providing ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead new client onboarding through the Elite 6-Step Implementation Process, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Develop strong client relationships by acting as their primary point of contact during implementation and beyond.
- Provide ongoing support to a portfolio of clients post-implementation, addressing their needs and ensuring continued satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding and post-implementation phases, offering proactive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide recommendations for better service delivery.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in client onboarding, implementation, or account management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Experience in travel management or a related field is a plus.
