**Who are you**:
This is a Junior Role, ideal for someone looking to grow into a full Implementation Consultant position while learning from experienced professionals along the way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document technical solutions (including custom development if required) in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Implementation Managers and Developers.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure the solution matches the output of the project.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and workflows.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Help translate client requirements into platform-based solutions.
- Perform basic QA testing to validate platform configurations and updates.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in Eligeo supported platforms and products and targeted industries.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with SAAS training and Software Implementation
- Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical users.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required.
- Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to translate between business users and technical professionals.

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Hybrid role** in **Calgary, Alberta**or **Vancouver, British Columbia**

**Salary**:$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD per year
