- You have a **permanent full-time position (32 to 40 hours).**:

- You have the option of working 4 days a week (variable day off) or split shift and off on weekend.
- Your training is paid, and you get to work from home (Presence at the office 1x per month).

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You will respond to incoming interactions from our new and existing patients.
- You will provide unparalleled customer service to book and or modify appointments, update patient files, answer questions about the pre
- and post-operative process.
- You will ensure that patients have all the information they need to have a memorable experience.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You possess eagerness to provide professional customer service with a caring, empathic and energic attitude.
- You have customer service experience (required; call center experience an asset).
- You are perfectly bilingual, spoken and written (French and English, Spanish an asset).
- You already have experience in LIVE E-chat (an asset).
- You have a good ability to adapt to change and are a fast learner.
- You are comfortable working with computer software and internet browsers.
- You have a proven ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are available to work **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.**:

- **You are available for a training of 4 consecutive weeks, from Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).**:

- **You are eligible to work in Canada (If you have a work permit, it must be valid for a minimum of 12 months).**
