What is it?

The Parts Advisor provides advice to customers, taking orders from customers, collaborating with other employees, maintaining stock rooms, locating parts from stock, and maintaining part records.

What can I expect?

New Parts Advisors who joins our team are fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. They start with learning about each department in the dealership and suppliers to understand how they all work together and Manage the day to day operations. There will be also training provided about ordering new parts and looking over complex documents.

Teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Friday and there can be late shift as per the requirement.

What do I need?
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

- Having an Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Excellent computer skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-starter
- Ability to manage customer complaints and to solve difficult problems.
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
